SkyBoxes are not being exported

It seems that we are not exporting environments, despite the DotScene DTD supporting it: https://github.com/OGRECave/ogre/blob/master/PlugIns/DotScene/misc/dotscene.dtd#L96

I created this issue mostly to investigate and see how it could be implemented.

There might be other properties that could be exported as well.

yeah, we are currently only exporting this: https://github.com/OGRECave/blender2ogre/blob/18113c29d0523066e80ce672483ec608ac259266/io_ogre/ogre/scene.py#L451-L462
