New term request: 'intensive care unit encounter'
Proposed definition:
An inpatient encounter in which the health care provider role is realized by some person employed by the intensive care department of some health care facility, and the patient role is realized by someone admitted to that intensive care department.
This one's a bit tricky and may require some revision.
Minor: Doesn't say that the encounter actually happens in the ICU. Should it?

The reason that I hadn't specified that the encounter must happen in the ICU is because a patient might leave the ICU to receive a CT scan as part of an ICU encounter.
