Patching sphinx-book-theme

Hi @TimoRoth - or anyone interested in doing something different for a change :wink:

I need help with the OGGM tutorials website. To get the link to work as I wanted I had to path sphinx-book-theme with a trivial change, but this change is unlikely to make it to the main codebase. For the context, see:

This hack is not satisfying because I want to be able to use future improvements of sphinx book theme. I know you are not a sphinx specialist, but neither am I -> do you think you could have a look at the extension idea I suggested in https://github.com/executablebooks/sphinx-book-theme/issues/282? It's not super urgent but somewhat important I think
