No EXE in windows zip

The instructions says I just need to launch the .exe but I can't seem to find any .exe files in the release zip, where can I find it?

So as the title implies I can't ever restart my system or shut down the container, unless i'm willing to reintegrate Sonarr and Radarr, make all the filters from scratch...
