Allow coupons to be used more than once by the same customer

Hello,

thanks for your contribution. Since the discount system is to be revised over the coming releases, this change is quite appropriate, but I think that such coupon / discount behaviour should be controlled on a per-coupon basis. So that the admin can decide which coupon can really be used multiple times and which cannot.

I would also prefer that behaviour to be controlled on the coupon itself, rather than on all of them.
