Website redesign

This pull request recreates the website redesign PR https://github.com/OData/odataorg.github.io/pull/348.

PR #348 had been merged to master but was reverted to investigate reasons for the site being broken. The conditions that contributed to the site being broken after deploying #348 have been mitigated through #357 and #358. It's important however to retest and re-review this PR.

One thing I'm concerned about is that the section that is light peach in color (in the middle of the page) appears like a footer:

It's only if/after someone scrolls down that they realize there's more content below it:

I agree -- thoughts on how to fix? Is there a better way to frame the Recent Posts?
