DECLARE_COLLECTION_COMPLEX_PROPERTY_IN_COMPLEX_MAPPING macro is missing

I can't find the "DECLARE_COLLECTION_COMPLEX_PROPERTY_IN_COMPLEX_MAPPING" macro in the sourcecode from the proxy generator.

For Example something like this can not be generated properly:
