Visual Studio 2017 15.4.3 Cannot Access metadata error

Hi, I am getting the below error, please let me know how to fix this issue, I got stuck.

Also receiving this same error. Trying to add an endpoint on a fresh Core 2.1 project (VS2017 15.8.4).

You can try Unchase OData ConnectedService to solve this issue.
