Microsoft.OData version 7

Do you plan to add support for Microsoft.OData version 7.x?

We'll work on this after migrating the extension to VS2017.

Because this extension has a dependency on Microsoft.OData.Client of our OData Library, we'll have to move that binary to 7.x first, which I'll be working on. After that's done, we can move this extension to use ODL 7.x. Stay tuned!
