V3 issues, no output

Describe the bug

I execute odata-cli generate -m https://services.odata.org/V3/Northwind/Northwind.svc/ -o ./temp/output-odata but there's no output in cli nor the output directory.

Version of the Project affected

0.3.1 (but tested all listed nuget versions)

Expected behavior

• it should generate the files
• There should be an error message, that tells me what's wrong

Actual behavior

nothing, no output

Platform

Same on windows as on linux

Remarks

It works with https://services.odata.org/V4/Northwind/Northwind.svc/
