staging.monitormywatershed.org http response 301

Not sure if the team wants some testing, but in trying to POST to staging. , as identified a couple of weeks ago, I'm getting a 301 response.

When I turn on debugging, I can see that the post appears to be good, but then gets a "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" This was working good when posting to monitormywatershed.org When I access https://staging.monitormywatershed.org/sites/tu_rcru_test06/ the first time it does #102, and then it brings up the website.
