Citizen scientists need the ability to correct, QA/QC, and annotate their data.

More detail for future reference:

  • Something inexpensive/free is needed
  • Need basic steps such as moving measured water depth to stage without resorting to Excel
  • Need ability to annotate data with notes about what has happened or where there are problems with or gaps in the data
  • Need ODM Tools-like abilities for doing quality control of datasets (could this be integrated with HydroShare or the like?)
