Existing software to compute sensitivities

This thread is to add software that compute sensitivities though ODE solver at least with one of the methods explained in the review paper.

• ODESSA in Fortran
• SciMLSensitivity.jl in Julia

The NeuralODE paper has a couple of references that I am not sure fall into this, but may be worth exploring

DENSERKS in Fortran introduced in Forward and adjoint sensitivity analysis with continuous explicit Runge–Kutta schemes
