Problem's description

Agent should be able to detect metered connection see here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.networking.connectivity.networkinformation.getinternetconnectionprofile if metered connection is detected - large packages should't be downloaded The ocs-inventory client should also report that only a metered connection is available for client the information should be available in the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\DefaultMediaCost it would be nice if i am able to force package download -even if there is a metered connection
