User and password arguments breaking change

Problem's description

A breaking change has been introduced in ocsinventory-agent v2.6.1 (https://github.com/OCSInventory-NG/UnixAgent/commit/2ee973db450d9b81f9c0fda519ba896487cb174e) which requires user and password to be base64 encoded.

Man pages and --help as well as any other occurrence might be updated.

Issue opened in wiki too: https://github.com/OCSInventory-NG/Wiki/issues/179.

I guess i am not the only one who spent some time tracking the reason user and password params didn't work anymore.
