Display Deployment Package Configuration

Since the rewrite of the deployment UI, it is not possible to edit deployment packages anymore. There is even no possibility to display an existing configuration for reference or "copy-paste" of e. g. installation commands when creating update packages.

There should be an option to at least display a packages configuration in the list view of the "Deplyoment > Activate" page (e. g. via a looking-glass icon in the Action column).
