[FEATURE] ERR_BAD_DIGEST - Automatically retry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If a packet aborts with "ERR_BAD_DIGEST" it stays in this state. This is of course not the point, here OCS should automatically try again to distribute the package.

Describe the solution you'd like After the "ERR_BAD_DIGEST" error clean up the package on the client and start a new download.

Background of the Feature Request Unfortunately we still haven't found the cause for the "ERR_BAD_DIGEST" error. All our computers are connected via LAN, some get the error, others have no problems distributing the same package.

But the computers are identical (same Windows version, same OCS version, same connection etc.). This means that we cannot explain the cause of the error "ERR_BAD_DIGEST".

i think the ERR_BAD_DIGEST is from the old "Download.exe" see https://github.com/OCSInventory-NG/WindowsAgent/issues/202
