german translations for user section and FAQ

the following subpages still need to be translated to german:

  • [ ] FAQ
  • [ ] setup guide
  • [ ] ~~cookbook~~
  • [x] glossary

Not worth the effort I think. Would be more important to complete the FAQ and decide what to do with the cookbook.

Plan: Drop the german FAQ, check the existing english FAQ Answers for correctness, add possible additional questions, answer the remaining questions.
