WFP visualization err

When mouse over the middle chart, the circle is not following the mouse. You can see there are plenty of err. might be related to migration to humdata? screen shot 2016-05-20 at 20 19 02

Happening only in Firefox and it seems it's an open issue in Firefox: https://github.com/d3/d3/issues/2771

If this needs fixing then we need to ask Simon to take a look on how we can avoid using the translate property in generating the chart. @danmihaila
