Two different (but apparently identical) tags for "geodata"

The UNISDR GAR15 datasets (one for each country) seem to have a geodata tag with a space in front of it: geodata instead of geodata. The space isn't visible in the interface, but shows up as two different tags:

I fixed the issue. The api still shows the separate tags, but I updated each dataset with the spaces stripped.

Thanks @reubano . Let's keep this open until we also clean out the tag from the suggested tags list. Maybe that updates with a reindex or something? I feel like old unused tags don't stay around forever.

@cjhendrix I think we should do when we have time a review of all tags that are used or in use on prod. We should also check again if the new CKAN is allowing tags with uppercase too.
