Geopreview: slow load

Long time to load the vector tiles on this geopreview. Probably about 12 seconds for the tiles to load. I reloaded again from an incognito window to see if caching would improve, but it seemed about the same.

It's a line dataset, 38mb. https://data.hdx.rwlabs.org/dataset/cote-d-ivoire-water-courses

Task is for CJ to double check that this is still happening and not related to an overtaxed computer.

Looking at the data, it kind of looks like it's not getting simplified.

@cjhendrix right now for me is not very slow, but average. is this still an issue re simplification?

About 20 seconds to load when I tested it just now.
