Geo preview: uploading duplicate resources

CKAN allows the same file or link to be used multiple times as resources on the same dataset.

The geo preview is handling this inconsistently:

1. For both filestore and remote resources: only a single geopreview is available on the map.

2. For remote resources, changing one of the resource names makes it work:

my guess is that is the map layer that filters out duplicates. try to rename SOM file locally as npl and upload it as duplicate. the resource gis-related things are stored as datasetname_resourceid in the gis db and referenced accordingly on both gisapi and gislayer so this shouldnt happen

@danmihaila this was never assigned. Probably a js issue ( but could be more deep ) . So still an issue.
