Custom Org: On mobile, the sticky logo disappears after scrolling down to datasets list

I don't think we want to start dealing with minor mobile issues, but this one is fairly subtle, so I wanted to capture it when I found it. I'll create a label for us to keep track of these.

On Android: On the WFP page, the sticky logo appears when scrolling down, but if you keep scrolling down to the dataset list. The sticky logo becomes unstuck, scrolls off the top, and then is not visible when scrolling up to the top again.

@cjhendrix can you give more information about OS of phone, browser and what organization you used? I checked WFP on IOS and it is working ok

I just checked. Still happening (and still not a priority!). I'm on Android 5.1.1, in chrome. It's happening on WFP. On SomaliaNGO, the sticky logo never appears. For WFP, it problem doesn't occur if I don't zoom in first.

Yes, still and issue, and still low priority.

I think it is working only for pages that you keep the regular zoom. WFP has more datasets so the page is long and it is working, sngo is quite short. We have to decide if we want to show the logo if we zoom in and scroll down. pinging @aalecs for feedback
