Grid pattern markers appears as solid in the AAR

Since our version of Leaflet hasn't changed from 1.7.1 nor have the source files of the leaflet.pattern.js plugin we're using, I can only assume something has change in both Chrome and Firefox browsers which has broken the way the patterns are rendered.

The best solution I can offer at the moment is this hotfix, which simply lowers the opacity of these markers that should be grids. They will appear as translucent circles of the original color.

Replace ocap.marker.js in web/static/scripts with this ocap.marker.js.zip

Will leave this open until a better solution is found.
