[15.0][FIX] web_widget_url_advanced-rende: allow url widget to display text from another field fails when filed is not readonly

The text was not applied because the anchor content was already rendered before it was set.

This patch updates the readonly rendering to replace the anchor text with the value of the specified text_field.
