Navbar Text Color "Pick a Color" Dialog not responding to user input

The "Compute colors from logo" option works, as well as Background Color and Hover Color, just not "Navbar Text Color."

Describe the bug

Clicking on the color widget next to "Navbar Text Color" opens the dialog, however, the color is fixed and does not change when clicking through the dialog.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 15.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Compute Colors from Logo
2. Navbar Text Color
3. Try clicking around.

Expected behavior I expect to be able to change the Navbar Text Color using the "Pick a Color" dialog.

Additional context I am not sure if the bug is dependent on "Compute colors from logo" I tried to change the Navbar Text Color after setting the colors with that tool.
