mail_send_confirmation Can we not have the confirmation on Discuss Channel Messages?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Not a problem, but I don't feel the Send Confirmation dialog box is necessary when sending messages on an internal discuss channel. Would be nice if the authorized members of a discuss channel are restricted to Internal Users that the popup is not presented.

Describe the solution you'd like Check if a discuss channel in restricted to Internal Users and if so bypass the warning dialog.
