[14.0] mail_template_multi_attachment report name is not translated

Describe the bug

Generating a report in mail template, when using multi attachments functionality does not generate correct file name (should be translated to customer language or other particularly set language in the template)

To Reproduce

Affected versions:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate another language to the system.
2. Create mail template for example for Invoice and go to attachments tab to add report under Multi attachments. Add report name and translations to it. Also make sure that mail template lang is set to partner lang.
3. Go to Invoice -> Customer, set partner language to another language.
4. Go to Invoice -> Send, select your template.
5. You can observe that name of generated report is in user language, not in partner language.

Expected behavior The name of generated report is in partner language (as other content in the template)
