[16.0][MIG] mail_restrict_send_button
Hello @SMaciasOSI Thanks for this migration. I've tested it in local, and the send button is still showing, for every users with or without the new group configured.
I've tested with runbot, and I have a javascript error message each time I try to access a form view containing the chatter.

We know about this issue. @SMaciasOSI is reviewing the Owl framework documentation to fix it. In the mean time if you can guide him, that would help a lot as he is new to JS.
