[15.0] [base_revision] add client_order_ref to the fields that get copied to new revision

Everytime I do a new revision, the client_order_ref field is empty and have to type it again manually. Would be very nice if the new revision function could transfer the client_order_ref field + revno. I hope someone more familiar with the code could make this possible! Thank you!
