Describe the bug

I installed the tier validation app and apply it on the Pick Component transfer.

This validation is triggered when a Pick Components transfer requests components in quantities exceeding those defined in the BoM, or when the Done quantity exceeds the Demand quantity. In such cases, the transfer must be approved by an approver defined in the Tier Validation settings.

However, I found that some Manufacturing Orders were cancelled, and the log notes indicate our user performed the action—despite them not having done so. I opened a support ticket with Odoo. They informed me that the issue was triggered by a third-party application called “Base Tier Validation.”

Expected behavior This tier validation shouldn't affect the Manufacturing Order.
