[17.0][MIG] sentry: sync with 18.0.

• Upgrade sentry_sdk from <=1.9.0 to >=2.0.0,<=2.42.0
• Bump module version from 17.0.1.0.0 to 17.0.1.0.1
• Revert 18.0 references back to 17.0 in documentation
• Fix translation template version from 18.0 to 17.0
• Clean up merge conflict markers in generated files

This update brings compatibility with sentry_sdk 2.x while maintaining 17.0 branch consistency.
