[Question] Bus Alt Connection

I have a question regarding this add-on. I have added it to the addons folder and added the option:

[options]
(...)
server_wide_modules = base,web,bus_alt_connection

I can see the addon in Odoo like this: Do you think it needs to be activated or can I ignore the message?
