Enterprise modules show up when selecting the "Industries" selection of "Apps"

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 17 & 18

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Apps
2. Select "Industries"

Expected behavior Only free "Apps" to be available

I think that all of the "Industries" modules are Enterprise modules so this collection should probably be removed entirely.
