[17.0] pandoc deb file (30 mb) committed to git history

Problem:
The binary file pandoc-3.3-1-amd64.deb (>30 MB) was accidentally committed, bloating the repository and slowing down clones.

Solution:

1. Purge from history with git filter-repo or BFG.
2. Add to .gitignore to prevent re-adding.

Why?

• Keeps repo lightweight
• Faster for contributors with slow connections
