[ADD] 14.0 new module project_analytic_code

This module add related Analytic account code in project name (name_get) and you can search projects by the analytic account code (name_search) from any list (like in timesheets).

Last commit should do the trick waiting from travis following copier update instructions

in fact it was an issue while setting up the unit-test assuming an analytic account were existing, revert that change
