Project Task Description Template - can someone explain how to use it?

Is your feature request related to a problem? We deployed the "Project Task Description Template" on our instance (v15 enterprise edition), I found-out where to create a template but I have no clue how to use it afterwards.

Describe the solution you'd like Clear documentation, with screenshots of the usage of modules. This would ensure we can compare we have the intended behavior on our side too

Describe alternatives you've considered I have been trying to find videos, forum posts, anything that can help, can't find anything.
