Open details of the accounting entries in a new tab

On a data item in the mis report instance, you can open the details of the accounting entries. This opens the details in the same tab.

The disadvantage of opening in the same tab is that if you want to go back on the report, the report is loaded again and the filters are lost.

The solution would therefore be to open the details of the accounting entries in a new tab.
