[16.0][ADD] mrp_simple_bom_report

Adds a PDF report to print BoM(s) in a very simple way.

New action bom_simple_report_new_action

New report bom_simple_report_new_report

Actual default report contains a lot of informations, and some are non static informations whereas you could want a static PDF report for your components : for example in food area where you use BoM as a recipe
