[16.0] document_page_reference : The reference links do not open up the document pages

Describe the bug

After adding references to other document pages, when trying to open the referenced document page using the link , it does nothing

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 16.0 Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Add a reference to another document page 2.Open a readonly version of the document page 3.Click on the link to other document page

Expected behavior On clicking the link , the referenced document page should open up

Additional context On the browser console , the error shows up - Missing widget: document_page_reference for field of type html
