[15.0][ADD] hr_expense_disable_confirm_duplicate
This module allow disable confirmation wizard for duplicate expense
Standard odoo15, if there are duplicate_expense_ids in expense it will popup wizard on
- (1) create report at expense
- (2) approve at expense sheet

If you need disable it, you can disable it in expense settings
