Steps to reproduce installation steps: download from https://odoo-community.org/shop/helpdesk-management-4839?search=Helpdesk&version=22#attr=25500 copy to server (user direcory) sudo unzip Helpdesk_Management_16_0_230423_153543.zip -d /opt/odoo/odoo16/addons sudo chmod g+w helpdesk_mgmt/ sudo chown -R root:odoo helpdesk_mgmt/ sudo service odoo16 restart

Current behavior have the menu for helpdesk, can create tickets, seems to work fine

Expected behavior how do I have the helpdesk site in the portal / website? i.e. if I try to make a form there is no option for creating a ticket, I am stuck, sorry, appreciate your help

just a side note: file name could be with an additional underscore: current: Helpdesk Management_16_0_230423_153543.zip new: Helpdesk_Management_16_0_230423_153543.zip
