Location and customer fields are readonly preventing use

Describe the bug

1. I cannot create a location due to the requirement for a Related Partner(res.partner) being readonly
2. On a contact, I cannot enable

• either "Is a FS Location" nor "Is a FS Worker" as they both are readonly
• Set a Primary location as the location requires a related partner (see first issue)

To Reproduce

Fresh install of fieldservice with no modifictions

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install.

Expected behavior ability to use the product

Workaround Create Contact -> Add Contact & Adress -> Location -> Save

Would be great when a location is not required to have company

I have run into a similar issue with the "Related Partner" field in a new install of Odoo 18.0-20251106 (Community Edition) with only the 18.0 fieldservice module activated. It seems to be an issue when using Firefox (140.3.1esr) as a browser and not Edge (141.0.3537.57) on Debian 12. I have not experimented with any other os/browser combinations.

I see the original issue was reported for Odoo Community 17, but I am unable to duplicate it with a fresh Odoo Community 17 with only the 17.0 fieldservice module.

All this to say, I suspect something has perhaps changed with how the form validates / posts? I'm new to Odoo, OCA, and Field-Service so have a lot to learn before digging further.
