[16.0][ADD] Website event copy

This added module allows you to copy the event with its website when a website sub menu is configured (website_menu = True (The checkbox from the screenshot)). image

Beforehand only the event would be copied and the website had to be rebuilt from blank page.

This module brings the new QoL feature of duplicating both event and website sub menus
