[WIP][16.0][IMP] despatch_advice_import_ubl : collect package (logistic transport units)

Record on the stock.picking the packages and their content & quantity.

Before, only the quantity was recorded on each move summing the quantity in each package. After this change, move lines are populated with the package and corresponding quantity.
