[16.0]dms: possibility to modify the storage of directories.

Good morning,

I would like to propose an improvement to storage management: allowing the parent directory to be changed between different storages, as well as enabling the transfer of data from one storage to another.

I believe this functionality would provide significant flexibility when reorganizing existing structures, especially in environments with large volumes of information and frequent changes in project organization.

A common scenario that illustrates this need arises when it becomes necessary to separate legacy project files from ongoing work. In such cases, the original storage is often too disorganized to be restructured directly. Having the ability to create a new storage and move only the directories related to active projects would greatly simplify the process and improve the overall organization of the system.

Have you seen the fs_storage module in the OCA storage repository for Odoo 16?

It delegates filesystem operations to the fsspec library, which provides a flexible and unified interface for accessing a wide range of storage backends, including local disks, cloud storage (like S3), FTP, and more.
