16.0 Boolean field called up_to_date absent depending the installation (repost)

Hi @alexis-via, it didn't help or changed a behavior on executing the command.

(I don't have permission to re-open the issue, so I reposted issue)

I was last days busy to put the staging and production 100% equal (odoo v16, enterprise). On staging we can still remove (x button at the end of a line) or add invoices (add a line) on a reminder, on production not.

We do want to have this behaviour on production, being able to edit the invoices that are listed in a payment reminder.
