[16.0][ADD] contract_sale_invoicing_pricelist

This module contract_sale_invoicing_pricelist is a glue module between contract(https://github.com/OCA/contract/tree/16.0/contract) and account_invoice_pricelist(https://github.com/OCA/account-invoicing/tree/16.0/account_invoice_pricelist)

Reason for the module. When we have the account_invoice_pricelist module installed, the contract creates the invoice. It does not respect the pricelist_id set on the contract. This module solves that problem
