[15.0][IMP] Add option to split invoice lines by task

This extends sale_timesheet_invoice_description by the option to split invoice lines by task.

One can now choose to split either by timesheet or by task.

Starting with, 26 commits for an improvement seems insane. You should squash into logical feature blocks, not code changes commits. Then, you can ping the original authors/contributors of the module.
