[16.0] account-financial-report - error when exporting the trial balance xlsx report

Describe the bug

In Trial Balance report wizard, when checking the show foreign currency field and click Export XLSX button it returns the error below: AttributeError: 'int' object has no attribute 'decimal_places'

To Reproduce

Create an account and set account currency. Create a journal entry for that account and Post

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set a account currency 2.Create a journal entry with this account and post the entry
  2. Reporting - Trial Balance -> check the Show foreign currency field
  3. Click button Export XLSX

Expected behavior Automatic download of trial balance xlsx report with foreign currencies.
